Robert C. Campbell III
Robert C. Campbell, III was born in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania on December 11, 1942. He received a B.A. in 1964, from Georgetown College, and a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1967. Mr. Campbell was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1967. He then served in the U.S. Army Infantry attached to JAG from 1967-1969. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh U.S. Circuit Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama. Mr. Campbell was the Chief Assistant District Attorney of Mobile County (1971-73), Assistant City Attorney of the City of Mobile (1973-81), Assistant Juvenile Judge of the Mobile County Youth Center (1975-78), a law instructor at the University of South Alabama (1971-87), Attorney for the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County (1977-2003), and the Attorney for the Sheriff of Mobile County (1995-2002). Mr. Campbell also aided the creation of the Saraland School Board and continues to represent it along with our other clients listed on our client's page. Mr. Campbell was selected as one of The Best Lawyers in Alabama in 2007, 2008, and 2009, along with being selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America in 2007, 2008, and 2009. He is also listed in the Bar register of Preeminent Lawyers (Martindale-Hubbell). Mr. Campbell also serves as a mediator and arbitrator for both Federal and State Court. When Mr. Campbell is not hard at work in the legal field, he is serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCB Holding Company, Chairman of the Board of the Board of Directors of Bay Bank, and Chairman of the Board of the United States Sports Academy.
R. Nash Campbellt
R. Nash Campbell is a life long native of Mobile, Alabama, born on June 29, 1983, and the son of Robert C. Campbell, III. Mr. Campbell graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Political Science and Criminology. He then attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2009. Mr. Campbell was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2009, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Southern District of Alabama and Eleventh Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. Mr. Campbell has experience in the practice of Family Law, Criminal Defense, Education Law, General Civil Litigation, and Municipal Law. Mr. Campbell is also the Prosecutor for the Town of Dauphin Island.
